升级5.7.3 SSL证书还是无法申请

我把原来的站点删除，重建站点还是提示这个，无法申请证书。

原来有SSL，过期了，我原来做的反向代理到阿里云企业邮局，到期无法续期，就把反向代理关闭了还是无法续期，现在删除重建也无法申请。
