解决思路：
首先我百度了一下 发现8.2没有C++ C等等环境 所以我需要安装C++ C等等环境 然后我有遇到了 没有源的情况 然后我又百度了一下 更换了阿里源 然后我安装了C++ C等等环境 最后我在宝塔就可以安装上nginx mysql php 就这样解决了
