问题描述：
docker容器，重启策略，改为失败后重启时
相关截图（日志、错误）：
更新失败！ 400 Client Error: Bad Request ("invalid JSON: json: cannot unmarshal string into Go struct field RestartPolicy.RestartPolicy.MaximumRetryCount of type int")

另外容器中日志的时间也不对
