问题描述：进程守护管理器启动时提示:启动异常
相关截图（日志、错误）：错误日志: The user's home directory could not be determined. Set the 'DOTNET_CLI_HOME' environment variable to specify the directory to use.进入日志目录查看err.log日志: The user's home directory could not be determined. Set the 'DOTNET_CLI_HOME' environment variable to specify the directory to use.最开始的时候启动过一次,第二天发现是未启动状态,然后就启动不了!

上面的错误提示是无法找到家目录
尝试手动设置 DOTNET_CLI_HOME 环境变量，指定家目录的路径
