您好，根据报错，根本原因是 PHP 7.4 与 Ubuntu 26.04 系统不兼容，Ubuntu 26.04其默认的 glibc、libxml2 等核心库版本很高，同时php7.4已经在2022年停止了官方维护，因此您需要安装8.1以上的版本。
