Windows2008的php天天报错几乎无法使用了，哪儿问题？
PHP Strict Standards:Redefining already defined constructor for class PSCWS4 inPHP Strict Standards:Redefining already defined constructor for class XDB_R in自动分词，百度推送等功能全部出错。
以前用一键安装包，安装的php正常。.php文件从未修改过，换成宝塔面板安装的php.5.4和5.6都这样的提示。而且php都是默认安装，没有修改 。所有网站都出错，不能一个一个的修改php文件啊。
