面板报错，修复无效

系统 Debian GNU/Linux 10 x86_64(Py3.7.9) ，服务器：北京 阿里云 ，

初期运行正常，使用过程一直报错。使用论坛中的方法（https://www.bt.cn/bbs/thread-91801-1-1.html） ，仍不生效
