关于宝塔FTP存储空间连接的一个问题.

环境:宝塔linux面板.服务器A系统是Centos6.8 64位.事项:使用面板中的插件"FTP存储空间".连接到另外一台服务器B的FTP.
另外一台服务器B的FTP使用的是宝塔Windows面板.服务器B系统是WindowsServer2012R2.FTP软件是FileZila Server.
但是当服务器A用"FTP存储空间"插件连接到服务器B的FTP时,FileZilaServer的软件中输出了如下信息:

请问我该怎么做才能够在服务器A上正常的连接到服务器B的FTP空间?

而且现在我自己私人的电脑里面用FileZilla Client 可以正常连接到服务器B的FTP空间.
然后在服务器A中又用yum装了一个ftp软件.基本上连接成功.
但在执行ls命令时会报错:227 Entering Passive Mode (172,17,21,238,152,138).
dir命令会报227 Entering Passive Mode (172,17,21,238,152,139).

于是又使用了passive命令.
得到如下命令.
200 Port command successful
150 Opening data channel for directory list.
