apache无法运行 AH02613：error loading module 'socket.core'

windows下apache部署站点，站点突然无法访问，查看apache日志，有报错，错误信息如下：
AH02613: Error loading c:/BtSoft/waf_apache/httpd.lua: error loading module 'socket.core' from file 'D:\\BtSoft\\apache\\bin\\socket.dll':\n\t\xb4\xe6\xb4\xa2\xb2\xbb\xd7\xe3\xa3\xac\xce\xde\xb7\xa8\xb4\xa6\xc0\xed\xb4\xcb\xc3\xfc\xc1\xee\xa1\xa3\r\n
AH01482: Error loading c:/BtSoft/waf_apache/httpd.lua: memory allocation error

请问下，此处执行什么操作的？该错误什么情况下产生，该如何解决？麻烦解答下，谢谢。

看下apache/bin目录是否存在socket.dll这个文件

这两次出现问题后，确认过apache/bin目录是存在socket.dll文件的，现此问题已严重影响网站的访问，麻烦给个根本的解决方案，另外问下，socket.dll是win32的还是win64的？是否由于使用错的dll导致？麻烦尽快解答下。
