apache无法运行 AH02613：error loading module 'socket.core'

windows下apache部署站点，站点突然无法访问，查看apache日志，有报错，错误信息如下：

看下apache/bin目录是否存在socket.dll这个文件

这两次出现问题后，确认过apache/bin目录是存在socket.dll文件的，现此问题已严重影响网站的访问，麻烦给个根本的解决方案，另外问下，socket.dll是win32的还是win64的？是否由于使用错的dll导致？麻烦尽快解答下。
