【排查中】Docker管理器3.4 无法删除容器

面板版本：宝塔linux面板 Beta7.5.19

系统版本：CentOS 7.8.2003(Py3.7.8)

浏览器版本：Google Chrome 73.0.3664.3

问题现象：Docker管理器3.4 无法删除容器，正式版和Beta都测试了，问题一样
重现方式：Docker管理器3.4 创建容器后，暂停运行，删除失败
