【已解决】Let's Encrypt证书申请和续期问题。

申请的时候会出现time out。。如下图


以前申请过的网站续期的时候，域名前后会出现“'”，然后就卡那里不动了。如下图。


面板修复过，也是如此。面板版本是7.3.0

和下面的回复重复了，编辑掉。

这是申请ssl的时候弹出来的报错

您好，您是不是屏蔽了海外ip访问你的网站或者服务器？看错误提示是ca证书商无法访问您的服务器

吼，还真的是，黑名单里面屏蔽了几个经常攻击的IP，结果里面就有这个Let's Encrypt的ip,删掉后就正常了。感谢！
