我是要整我网站ssl证书，但是出现一下问题

海外证书商无法放到您的域名，您多次进行提交，可能被限制，具体请查看ca那边的说明：
https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/

如果着急使用，请到其他机构申请免费证书，或者购买付费证书

最好提工单问下服务器运营商。确定没有屏蔽的话，就到其他机构申请或者购买付费证书
