是的，用的龙芯架构命令安装的。新的麒麟v10系统， 4.19.90-23.8.v2101.ky10.aarch64 #1 SMP Mon May 17 17:07:38 CST 2021 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux

您的服务器无法连接https的pip源，您修改下

1. /root/.pip/pip.conf

里面的pip源地址，https改为http尝试一下。

现在报错如下：
