Linux面板获取Let's Encrypt证书失败

如题，获取宝塔SSL是正常的，但是点击获取 Let's Encrypt 证书，报错如下，不知道啥原因，感谢！

mv ~/.pip/pip.conf ~/.pip/pip.conf.backup
解决了。河妖厉害！
