添加安装源后，重新安装
build-essentials

1. apt update
   
2. apt install build-essentials

build-essential : 依赖: dpkg-dev (>= 1.17.11) 但是它将不会被安装
E: 无法修正错误，因为您要求某些软件包保持现状，就是它们破坏了软件包间的依赖关系。

1. apt-get remove libdpkg-perl
   
2. apt update
   
3. apt-get install libdpkg-perl
   
4. apt-get install build-essential
