【待反馈】无法登录使用宝塔面板

腾讯云，ubuntu20.04,确认防火墙端口开放。

刚开始能正常运行，但在装完docker后一段时间没管，点击面板的首页就报错，刷新页面后提交用户名密码一直等待无法登录


面板修复过，仍然无效，服务器能正常运行，只是面板进不去

您好，您那边尝试使用面板备份文件进行一个恢复看下是否正常，
备份文件可以找正常使用的几天的备份文件进行恢复，大致步骤如下：

1. bt stop
   
2. mv /www/server/panel/data/default.db mv /www/server/panel/data/default.db_bak
   
3. unzip /www/backup/panel/2023-03-29.zip
   
4. \cp -r -a /www/backup/panel/2023-03-29/data/default.db  /www/server/panel/data/
   
5. bt start
