商店已经显示安装成功啦  但是打开依然还是显示请到商店安装PHPmyadmin

提示--no-check-certificate错误问题，您可以尝试下面方法处理：
1.替换服务器系统根证书

1. curl --etag-compare etag.txt --etag-save etag.txt --remote-name https://curl.se/ca/cacert.pem

如果提示不支持 etag，则使用这条命令

1. curl --remote-name --time-cond cacert.pem https://curl.se/ca/cacert.pem

2.更新指定SSL路径变量

1. update-ca-certificates --verbose --fresh
   
2. export SSL_CERT_DIR=/etc/ssl/certs

如需永久添加，则修改~/.bashrc
添加：export SSL_CERT_DIR=/etc/ssl/certs

执行source ~/.bashrc生效
