【已解答】python 无法下载模块

面板、插件版本：8.0.5

系统版本：liunx centos7 阿里云

问题描述：阿里云centos7 宝塔8.0.5 创建python 项目无法正常下载模块,创建不成功,看报错是ssl 更新了系统ssl 也不行,手动下载模块也是失败

系统没有openssl或版本不匹配，一般使用1.0.2或者1.1.x版本
