这个是从 MySQL 8.0.4 开始，MySQL 默认身份验证插件从 mysql_native_password  改为 caching_sha2_password，这个提示不会影响当前功能
确定程序支持新的认证方式，也可以修改配置改为caching_sha2_password
不清楚的情况，不建议改动
