问题描述：

安装imagemagick-83消息盒子中显示安装成功，实际上安装失败，php设置中》安装扩展》安装列表，没有显示卸载

相关截图（日志、错误）：

2. configure: error: not found. Please provide a path to MagickWand-config or Wand-config program.

宝塔系统加固 6.2早就关闭了，应该不是防护软件的问题
