停用的网站没有跳过备份

问题描述：

网站备份的定时任务, 停用的网站没有跳过, 也会备份, 同时备份失败后会提醒停用的网站备份失败;还有反向代理的网站也会备份, 建议把反向代理备份也取消掉;
