服务器和终端客户都在国外，安装防火墙后报500错误

Apache Server at www.xiongyali.net Port 80

以上是报错信息，开始以为是阿帕奇配置错误，结果不是。因为我关闭了防火墙的海外禁止浏览的选项，到最后，我把防火墙都整个关闭了，还是报以上错误，最后我卸载了防火墙，网站浏览正常了。
请问这个问题，是BUG，还是有办法解决？前提是，我把防火墙整个关闭了，都报500错误，必须卸载。

服务器系统是ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS, 宝塔环境为Apache 2.4（实际显示的是2.2）+Mysql5.6+Apache防火墙1.0

ME TOO  ALIYUN- CENTOS7.4   我把防火墙都整个关闭了，还是报以上错误，最后我卸载了防火墙，网站浏览正常了。

请问你的问题解决了吗？我不得已，最后重新装的面板，安装了nginx，nginx的防火墙没问题的。其实重装也不完全是因为防火墙，是最后选择了nginx。
