输入这条命令再重新安装宝塔试试

1. yum install -y gcc gcc-c++ gcc-g77

楼主，你成功没，我试了试，即使重启下在安装还是psutil installation failed.

你这个不会是安装了云锁，且开启了系统加固，导致无法编译软件吧？
