Please try to install the gcc compiler and reinstall it.

未测试兼容过此系统，建议更换成centos7安装
确实要装的话，自己先根据报错把gcc编译器等依赖安装再安装面板

目前kylin系统尚未完全兼容，暂时遇到的问题暂时还需要根据报错自行解决。
尝试系统下安装gcc编译器后再重新安装

kylin is my hostname
because ubuntukylin is my old system
my OS is majaro ARM

arm也是未完全兼容，目前仅是测试兼容了centos下的arm，你可以试试7和8
