PM2管理器安装失败

申请内测版
点击安装pm2管理器几秒钟后提示成功，但是看不到这个管理界面。
试了两台服务器了都看不到，是我打开的姿势不对吗？

呃啥系统？进入ssh 输入这条命令查看安装错误日志

阿里云ubuntu deepin 和微软Ubuntu for Win10这三个上面都不成功
提示都是这样

阿里云是root 根目录缺文件 /root/.bash_profile
用 sudo echo '#'>>/root/.bash_profile
创建一个空文件后再在面板执行安装。
