您好，服务器报500 的问题由一下问题引起（包含但不局限）：
1、服务器负载过高，导致当前请求已经到达了后端服务，但是无法处理，解决方案：增加配置，或者查看是不是服务器被cc或者其他方式的攻击，购买付费产品
2、代码错误，某个模块或者函数获取数据过慢，导致超过了php处理请求的最大时间；解决方案：优化代码
3、Fastcgi或者php-fpm的通信时间超时，解决方案:优化php并非数
4、数据库返回数据过慢，php等待超时；解决方案：优化sql
