升级到7.9.3后 xshell链接服务器 提示“协议头响应超时，与目标服务器之间的网络质量太糟糕：Error reading SSH protocol banner
”

宝塔上的终端也一直报 “协议头响应超时，与目标服务器之间的网络质量太糟糕：Error reading SSH protocol banner
”这个错误

ssh 和 ftp都连接不上 在线就解决方案  后代点击修复 没有 效果
