【待反馈】Python项目管理器安装的独立环境PIP无法使用

PIP运行了无法新增模块，手动命令输入目录+pip会提示ssl什么的

您好老师，安装后提示已安装，但是还是找不到模块，3eeeb4347bdd26bfc6b7ee9a3b755dd_venv/lib/python3.10/site-packages目录下也没有

提示是没有找到对应的Flask版本，您是使用的什么版本的flask？手动安装可以吗？
